Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with all modules unlocked. No credit card is required.
How do I pay?
Pay securely with PayPal or any Visa, Mastercard or Amex card through PayPal checkout. Your card details are never shared with us.
When is my plan activated?
Cloud plans are activated as soon as PayPal confirms the payment. Sign in before paying (or enter your TourRova account email) so we can match the payment to your account. Self-hosted download links are emailed automatically.
What is the difference between Lifetime Cloud and Self-Hosted?
Lifetime Cloud means we host TourRova for you and you pay once. Self-Hosted means you receive the full PHP/MySQL source code and install it on your own server and domain with unlimited users.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will adjust your plan and credit the unused days.
Do you offer refunds?
Cloud plans: contact us within 7 days of a monthly payment (14 days for annual) for a refund. Self-hosted licenses cannot be refunded once the download has been used — ask for a live demo first.
