Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a TourRova account or using our software, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TourRova is a cloud-based travel CRM software service for tour operators and travel agencies. The service includes booking management, itinerary building, quote sending, payment tracking, WhatsApp integration, and related features as described on tourrova.com.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup
• Payment is processed securely via PayPal
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card
• After the trial period, a paid plan is required to continue using the service
• Self-hosted lifetime licenses are a one-time payment and include 1 year of updates

4. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: We offer a 7-day refund window from the start of each billing period. Annual subscriptions: 14-day refund window from first payment. Self-hosted licenses: No refunds after the download has been accessed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TourRova for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or copy the software
• Share your login credentials with others outside your organisation
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell the cloud service without prior written permission

Self-hosted license holders may white-label and resell with prior written permission from DKwebArt.

6. Data Ownership

You own all data you enter into TourRova, including customer records, bookings, and itineraries. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties. You may export your data at any time from the Settings section.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TourRova and DKwebArt are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be resolved through the courts of Sri Lanka.
