Customer Portal

Give your customers a professional online trip dashboard — they view their itinerary, download vouchers, pay their balance and message you. No app download needed.

Overview

The customer portal is a branded, mobile-friendly web page unique to each booking. Your customer logs in using their booking reference (e.g. BK-2026-0042) and email address — no account or password setup required.

The portal is fully mobile-responsive. Your Australian and international customers can check their itinerary on their phone before and during the trip.

How Customers Access the Portal

Each booking has a unique portal URL in the format:

https://tourrova.com/portal/index.php?ref=BK-2026-0042

The portal link is automatically sent to the customer when you confirm a booking. You can also share it manually at any time from the booking view → Quick Actions → Send Portal Link.

Portal Tabs

TabWhat the customer sees
ItineraryFull day-by-day itinerary with activities, hotels, transport, and meals. Only shown if an itinerary is linked to the booking.
VouchersAll generated vouchers (Transport, Hotel/General) with a Print button for each.
PaymentsPayment summary: total, paid amount, balance due. A "Pay Now" button links to the payment page (if PayPal or portal payment is enabled).
MessagesA chat-style messaging thread between the customer and your agency. New messages trigger an email notification to you.

From any booking view, in the Quick Actions panel on the right:

  1. Click Send Portal Link
  2. The portal URL is shown — copy and send via any channel
  3. Or click WhatsApp Customer to send via WhatsApp with one click
Send the portal link as soon as a booking is confirmed. Tell customers: "Log in to see your full itinerary and vouchers anytime."

Customer Messages

Customers can send messages from the Messages tab in their portal. When they send a message:

  1. You receive an email notification at your agency email
  2. The message appears in TourRova under Communication → Customer Portal
  3. You can reply from TourRova — the customer sees your reply in their portal

An unread message badge appears on the Customer Portal sidebar link so you never miss a message.
