Confirming a Booking

Change the booking status to Confirmed and save. TourRova automatically:

  1. Sends an HTML confirmation email to the customer
  2. Generates a Transport Voucher (if transport type is set)
  3. Generates a General/Hotel Voucher
  4. Creates a Customer Portal link unique to this booking

A flash message shows the result and the portal URL.

Vouchers

Vouchers are printable documents sent to hotels and transport providers to confirm the booking. Go to Vouchers in the sidebar to see all generated vouchers. Each voucher has a Print button to open the printable version.

Vouchers are auto-generated when a booking is Confirmed. You can also manually generate them from the booking view → Quick Actions → Auto-Generate Vouchers.

Generating an Invoice

From any booking view, click the Invoice button (amber, top right). TourRova generates an invoice number (e.g. INV-2026-0001) and shows a full branded invoice with:

Click Email Invoice to send it directly to the customer, or Print / PDF to save as PDF.

Customer Portal Link

Each confirmed booking gets a unique customer portal URL. Share this with the customer so they can view their itinerary, download vouchers, pay their balance, and message your agency. See Customer Portal guide for details.
