Inquiry Management
Capture every lead, track them through your pipeline, and convert more inquiries to confirmed bookings.
The Inquiry Pipeline
TourRova uses a visual Kanban pipeline to manage all your leads. Each inquiry moves from left to right as it progresses: New → Contacted → Quoted → Negotiating → Won / Lost.
Go to Inquiries in the sidebar to see the pipeline view. Switch between Kanban and List view using the toggle at the top right.
Creating an Inquiry
- Click + New Inquiry in the top right of the Inquiries page
- Select or create the customer
- Fill in destination, travel dates, guests, and preferences
- Set the source (website, WhatsApp, referral etc.)
- Set initial status to New
- Click Create Inquiry
Key Inquiry Fields

| Budget Min / Max | Customer's budget range in USD |
| Accommodation | Budget, Standard, Superior, Luxury, Ultra Luxury |
| Source | Where the inquiry came from (used in reports) |
| Priority | Low, Medium, High, Urgent — shown as colour badges |
| Assigned Agent | Which team member is handling this inquiry |
Pipeline Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Just received, not yet contacted |
| Contacted | You have reached out to the customer |
| Quoted | A quote/proposal has been sent |
| Follow Up | Waiting for customer response |
| Negotiating | Active back-and-forth on pricing/itinerary |
| Won | Customer confirmed — ready to create booking |
| Lost | Customer did not proceed |
| Junk | Spam or invalid inquiry |
Converting an Inquiry to a Booking
From any inquiry view, click Convert to Booking. TourRova will pre-fill the booking with all the inquiry data (customer, destination, dates, guests). Review and confirm the booking details, then save.
Web Form Inquiries
Inquiries submitted via the embeddable inquiry form on your website appear automatically in the pipeline with source set to Website. The customer also receives an auto-confirmation email.
