Customer Management
Manage your customer database, view booking history, and keep all customer details in one place.
Adding a Customer
Go to Customers → + New Customer. Key fields:

| First / Last Name | All documents — invoices, vouchers, proposals |
| Confirmation emails, portal login, invoice delivery | |
| Phone | Contact and WhatsApp messaging |
| Separate field — international format (+94...) | |
| Nationality | Shown on invoices for international bookings |
| Passport Number | Optional — shown on invoices if entered |
| Address | Invoice billing address |
Always add the WhatsApp number in international format (e.g. +61412345678 for Australia) — this enables one-click WhatsApp messaging from any booking.
Customer Profile
Click any customer to open their profile. You'll see:
- All their bookings and total spent
- All inquiries
- All quotes sent
- Notes and internal records
