Settings
Configure your agency profile, currency, invoicing preferences and account details.
General Settings
Go to Settings → General. Configure:

| Agency Name | Shown on all invoices, proposals, emails and the customer portal |
| From address for all outgoing emails | |
| Phone | Shown on invoices and vouchers |
| Address, City, Country | Shown on invoices |
| Website | Shown in email footers |
| Currency | Default currency for all new bookings |
| Invoice Prefix | e.g. "INV" creates INV-2026-0001; "VT" creates VT-2026-0001 |
| Timezone | Used for cron jobs and time-based reminders |
Change Password
Scroll down to the Change Password section. Enter your current password, new password, and confirm. Click Update Password.
Use a strong password of at least 12 characters. Your TourRova account gives access to all your customer and booking data.
WhatsApp Settings
Go to Settings → WhatsApp Setup to connect your WhatsApp Business API. See the full WhatsApp setup guide for step-by-step instructions.
Billing & Plan
Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, usage, and upgrade options. See the pricing page for plan details.
