Settings

Configure your agency profile, currency, invoicing preferences and account details.

General Settings

Go to Settings → General. Configure:

CurrencyDefault currency for all new bookings
Invoice Prefixe.g. "INV" creates INV-2026-0001; "VT" creates VT-2026-0001
TimezoneUsed for cron jobs and time-based reminders

Change Password

Scroll down to the Change Password section. Enter your current password, new password, and confirm. Click Update Password.

Use a strong password of at least 12 characters. Your TourRova account gives access to all your customer and booking data.

WhatsApp Settings

Go to Settings → WhatsApp Setup to connect your WhatsApp Business API. See the full WhatsApp setup guide for step-by-step instructions.

Billing & Plan

Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, usage, and upgrade options. See the pricing page for plan details.
